Lynn Ashton has been selling real estate in Arizona since the mid-1980s. He is a third generation Phoenician. Lynn is also the 6th generation of Ashtons to be in the real estate industry. Both his father and grandfather were home builders in the Phoenix area. His great grandfather was an architect.  Lynn has lived in the Phoenix metro region for most of his life. After serving in the U.S. Army, he started his sales career with new home builders in Phoenix, moved to Flagstaff to sell and eventually manage the sales operations at DMB Realty at Forest Highlands, a custom home, golf community. In 2003, Lynn was transferred by DMB to Verrado and started Verrado Realty. There Lynn sold, managed and was the Designated Broker for Verrado until 2010. In Verrado, Lynn managed 19 employees responsible for custom sales in land and homes, along with all resale operations.Jason Fleming started selling real estate in Morocco, Africa in 2006. There he sold second homes and vacation homes to wealthy Europeans from the snow bound regions of Europe. Jason moved to Arizona in 2008 and built his business until merging the Fleming Team with the Ashton Team in 2012 in an equal partnership with Lynn.Jason and Lynn decided to work together because of a shared belief in Honor and Integrity when serving their customers. It is Jason and Lynn’s belief that Ashton-Fleming Team customers should not be put on hold when they go on vacation or get busy. A partnership is a simple solution to this issue.Over the course of their careers, Jason and Lynn are responsible for selling more than 620 million dollars in real estate throughout the state of Arizona. Separately, both located their families to the valley for similar reasons. It is a great place to raise a family with humble farming values and honorable intentions at the core of its personality.  Metro Phoenix has a pace of life a little slower than normal for a city of this size. The high growth rate of the metropolitan region, impressive income levels, good schools, well planned freeways and Luke AFB will help continue the rapid housing growth trend.

The Ashton-Fleming Real Estate Team manages a data base of more than 2,000 people. They email more than 4,000 marketing pieces a month. All listings are posted directly to 75 websites which then syndicate to over 600 additional websites. The actual number is not tracked as many of the 600 websites in which The Ashton Fleming Team subscribes, syndicate to additional websites.
